1 of the key for weight loss other than healthy diet is EXERCISE.
*For me, I workout everyday in the evening, 6 days in a week. I rest on Sunday. My workout routine includes 5mins of this fitness machine & 5mins of plank exercise. Of course, not 5mins non-stop. Got rest in between.
For meal,
I eat 3 main meal everyday, breakfast, lunch & dinner full stop. Strictly no supper, no snack.
Sleeping habit?
I sleep at 10.30-11.00pm every night(except when travelling) so that I get 8-9 hours of sleep. Expert said that not enough sleep is also 1 of the reason you can't lose tummy fat.
Still need to do workout to maintain my weight,maintain tummy flat.

I do full plank(1.5mins), elbow plank(1.5mins), raised-leg plank(30sec each side) & side plank(30sec each side). 5mins of plank workout before I started workout on my fitness machine.
Never fail to do 120times on this fitness machine everyday except when I travel not at home.
