i feel better today.After a big cry yesterday,accompany by
  Mr Hubby who hug me.i feel a lot better.
i know i will getting back to my normal happycheerful mode

afetr time passes.Everyone isn't perfect,right
So,Mr Hubby comforted me not to force myself too much
